FDP ON TRANSFORMATIVE TEACHING
On June 18, 2024, we had the privilege of conducting a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Transformative Teaching” at Christ University, led by Mr. M.C. Shekar, FCCA. The event brought together Christ University faculty members in person, while other participants joined online from various locations, creating a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
The program featured engaging sessions focused on innovative teaching strategies designed to inspire transformative learning experiences for students. Participants were introduced to new methods for fostering critical thinking, motivating students, and enhancing the overall learning process. The in-person and online attendees contributed to a dynamic exchange of ideas, enriching the learning experience for all.
It was a day marked by thoughtful discussions, collaborative learning, and the exploration of cutting-edge teaching techniques. Each participant received a certificate of participation, recognizing their dedication to advancing education.
